Brad has always volunteered his time to help organisations or sporting groups throughout his working life. He believes housing is one of our most basic needs and feels privileged to be appointed to our Board of Directors.
Brad has an extensive construction and asset management background that allows him to contribute much needed expertise as Housing Plus enters a new phase of business through property development, and addresses the ever demanding need for quality housing for the community.

Lyall is employed with Nestlé Australia as the Financial Controller at the Nestlé Purina Petcare factory in Blayney. He has 38 years’ experience in the commercial manufacturing sector in industries spanning metal fabrication, plastic extruding, coal mining and medium density fibre board manufacturing. He also spent three years overseeing Nestlé Purina operations in New Zealand, South Africa and China. Lyall is actively involved in charitable work with his local church.

Carleen has been employed in the public sector for the past 32 years and is currently the Community Liaison Coordinator for Better Regulation Division, Department of Customer Service. She has many years of management experience, and for the past fifteen years has planned, developed and delivered education programs throughout Western NSW. She has also been involved in many project teams that have contributed outcomes for the Department.

Joe was admitted to the NSW Bar in 2006 and is practising barrister at Orange Chambers with a specialty in Family Law, Children’s Law, Civil Law, Criminal Law, Coronial Inquests, Equity, Wills/Estates and Probates, Contracts, Medical Negligence and Professional Negligence.

Jason is a qualified fellow chartered accountant and has held a number of senior roles within local government, energy and public practice. Jason is an astute, strategic executive and board director with very strong commercial and people skills, together with extensive experience in finance, strategy, regulation and governance. For the past 3 years, he has led the Finance team at Orange City Council where he is employed as the Manager Financial Services.

Anna has worked in the higher education and research sectors for almost a decade, developing high social impact research partnerships in arts, social sciences, law and most recently rural and planetary health for the University of Sydney. Prior to this role, Anna worked in the international, domestic and grass roots NGO sectors on issues such as women and girls’ rights, international development, press freedom, social justice and Indigenous rights. Anna is a passionate advocate for human rights and social change.

Emily has over 20 years’ experience as a marketing professional working across the agribusiness, utilities and wine sectors. Experienced in the provision of strategic direction to enhance customer engagement and brand perceptions that support business strategies. Emily has developed regional alliances, crafted public safety school education campaigns and sponsorship strategies to re-connect businesses and communities.
